A Bit About Me

I earned my Master of Science in Community Counseling from
Gannon University, and with over 25 years of experience, I’ve had
the privilege of supporting individuals through a wide range of
mental health challenges including anxiety, bipolar disorder,
depression, interpersonal/family difficulties, personality disorders,
substance use, and trauma.
My specialized training includes approaches such as Dialectical
Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT),
Structural Family Therapy, and Child-Centered Play Therapy, among others.
As a Mental Health Coach, I’m excited to bring the foundational principles of these proven modalities to a broader audience offering clients additional support to navigate everyday struggles. My goal is to provide strength-based, solution-focused guidance that is tailored to your unique needs, empowering you to create lasting change and move toward a healthier, more fulfilling life. I am committed to helping others recognize their personal strengths and empowering them to achieve and maintain the goals that matter most to them.
